  • Review the latest protocols and guidelines for the diagnosis and management of functional and pelvic floor disorders:
  • Enhance competencies in the use of physiological tests in upper and lower GI motility disorders
  • Enhance competencies in anorectal and pelvic floor imaging
  • Observe contemporary sacro-neuromodulation techniques
  • Manage multidisciplinary team pelvic floor rehabilitation

  • Best clinical practice and clinical protocols for functional and pelvic floor disorders: IBS, Dyspepsia, GERD, fecal incontinence, chronic constipation
  • Physiological tests in upper and lower GI motility disorders:
    • o High-resolution esophageal manometry
      o High-resolution anorectal manometry
      o PH impedance tracing
      o BRAVO capsule PH measurement
      o Colonic follow-through exam

  • Anorectal and pelvic floor imaging:
    • o 3D transrectal ultrasound
      o Dynamic transperineal ultrasound
      o X-ray defecography
      o MR defecography
  • Pelvic floor rehabilitation
  • Sacro-neuromodulation and a multidisciplinary team
