Sheba Global Appoints Danya Leshed as New Director of Resource Development

Sheba Global, is proud to announce that Danya Leshed has been appointed as its new Israel-based Director of Resource Development. 

Danya Leshed is a political and public affairs advisor with deep experience in international relations, government affairs, and lobbying. She joins Sheba Global from the Office of Israeli President Isaac Herzog, where she advised him on global Jewish affairs, anti-Semitism, and diaspora relations. She previously served as a senior advisor to the Chairman of the Jewish Agency and as a Parliamentary Advisor in the Knesset. With a deep background in lobbying, Danya has counseled public and private sector organizations, leveraging her extensive network across international Jewish communities, government institutions, and advocacy groups.

“After many meaningful years serving as Mr. Herzog’s advisor — first in the Knesset, then at the Jewish Agency for Israel, and most recently as the Advisor for World Jewry at the President’s Office — I am proud to be joining Sheba’s Global Affairs team,” said Ms. Leshed “This new role feels like a natural continuation of my life mission: to serve the State of Israel and the Jewish people as a whole — especially during its darkest of times. I am particularly grateful for the opportunity to do so in partnership with our sisters and brothers around the world, whose solidarity and support remain a vital force for hope and healing.”
