Friends of Sheba Delegation Celebrate Sheba’s 75th Anniversary at the Israeli Presidential Residence
The event not only highlighted Sheba’s significant contributions to advancing healthcare globally, but also honored the delegation members for their wholehearted support of Sheba’s mission. In recognition of their efforts, several of our guests were presented with special honorary certificates.

During the meeting, President Herzog received an overview of Sheba’s medical breakthroughs, technologies, and research, which emphasized the importance of healthcare advancement in shaping societies and driving progress. “As the state of Israel grew, so did Sheba. Over the years, it has evolved to meet the dynamic needs of our changing country. And it has been on the frontlines of transforming the State of Israel into a global leader in top-quality medical research, innovative treatment, and cutting-edge technology,” President Herzog commended.
On his part, Prof. Yitshak Kreiss, Director General of Sheba Medical Center, expressed his gratitude to the Friends of Sheba delegation and emphasized the vital role they play in Sheba’s continued success: “We are incredibly grateful for the unwavering support of the Friends of Sheba delegation. Their dedication and generosity have been instrumental in helping us make groundbreaking advancements in healthcare and improve countless lives.”
