With an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Economics, Paz brings extensive experience in global business development. He previously led market operations at Tesla Israel and directed medical tourism at Sheba. Today, he heads Sheba’s Global Medical Initiatives, forging partnerships and promoting innovative healthcare solutions worldwide.

Global Medical Initiatives Project Manager
Federico brings extensive experience in business development and international project management. At Sheba Medical Center, he plays a key role in advancing global medical initiatives, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding Sheba’s presence in international markets to strengthen its impact on global healthcare.
Janna Kalontarov
Global medical initiatives coordinator
Zana holds a B.A. in Health Systems Management with a specialization in Clinical Research and M.A. in Administration with a focus on Service Organization Management. In her role as a Medical Initiatives Coordinator, she manages communication and operational workflows across multiple interfaces within the hospital. She plays a key role in supporting logistical processes, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality service within the department. With more than 20 years of experience at Sheba Medical Center, Zana brings deep institutional knowledge and a strong background in medical service coordination, enabling her to anticipate needs and streamline complex procedures.
