  • Enhance small-scale/local telehealth pilots or initiatives into scaled-up services.
  • Manage and operate a virtual hospital /virtual medical department.

Main topics:

  • The establishment of a remote care clinic for endocrine and diabetic patients (type-1).
  • Operating a clinic using telehealth technologies that allow remote monitoring of
    glucometers, insulin pumps, and more.
  • Management of patients’ data and conditions by a multidisciplinary staff of
    endocrinologists, specialized nurses, dietitians, and, in some instances, a psychologist
    or social worker.
  • Proactive management of patient care and appointments while prioritizing those most
    in need.

  • The remote endocrine and diabetes clinic establishment course must follow a preliminary process of consultancy, during which we will execute a gap analysis, and according to which we will customize the agenda to suit your status and needs. The Gap assessment consultancy will be offered separately. If multiple organizations participate in the same course, Sheba will do its best to accommodate the different identified needs.
